About ElectricSMS

ElectricSMS is a service designed to improve customer's experience managing their online subscriptions by engaging users with transactional SMS. The app removes the need entirely for first response time and dramatically increases the efficiency of customer support teams as well as enables brands to engage with their customers via SMS.

Gorgias & ElectricSMS

Enabling the integration allows ElectricSMS to create SMS tickets inside Gorgias when a customer messages the service a keyword that is not understood or when a customer asks to end their subscription. If the store has the Gorgias integration implemented, when support agents respond to the ticket in the Gorgias interface, the responses will be sent out to the customer via Email with the entire context of the SMS dialogue.
